We accept payment by credit/debit card online via PayPal. 
If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom your credit card company will convert the transaction to your local currency.
We also accept order & payment by cheque or postal/bankers order from UK residents. If this is your chosen method, please send your order and a cheque drawn on a UK bank in sterling to the address on the contacts page of this web site.
Please note your banker’s card details on the reverse of the cheque in order to speed up processing, if this is not done we will have to wait until the payment has cleared before we can dispatch the goods.
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 7 days of receipt. 
All orders over £50 will be dispatched free of charge and we offer the following cart discounts:
Value in cart - £50-£99 - 5%
£100 - £200 - 10%
The appropriate discount will be deducted at checkout.
We strive to maintain adequate inventory levels of all items, however, often due to an unexpected demand for a particular item; we may be temporarily out of stock or are unable to obtain further supplies and we apologise for any disappointment, if this should be the case.

service as long as following conditions are met:
Returns should be sent to the address stated on the Contacts page of this site. Please enclose a copy of the order and note the reason for the return of the item and the action you wish taken (failure to do this could delay processing).
All sets must be returned in their entirety even if only one item is unsuitable.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us immediately, we will be more than happy to exchange it or provide you with a refund, unfortunately unless the error is of our making we will be unable to refund postage costs.
